(4) I understand and agree that petalk.com exchange rates that are used to generate the published price list in my chosen currency are variable. They are generated from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) London Fix and petalk.com has no control on the exchange rates. My final credit card statement may differ slightly due to exchange rate changes at the time of the credit card processing.

Procedure
| It is this simple: You have to first e-mail your question or query about your pet's ailment, simply by sending a brief e-mail message to Dr. Rick. Allow one to three business days' time to work out your response(s) by Dr. Rick. Then, click here to order this service via PayPal. This is secure! Once you have ordered through PayPal, send us your confirmation # in the e-mail where you have the question or query. E-mails which ask for a specific diagnosis or query will be ignored if Dr. Rick does not have a client-patient relationship with you already, or your PayPal order confirmation # is not enclosed. |
Fees
| $ 5.00 USD for a short and uncomplicated diagnosis or answer query, $ 10.00 USD for a more detailed answer, "second opinion", or query. Those of you with Microsoft products are familiar with incident-based tech support; this is no different other than dealing with animals, rather than software. You can also purchase a subscription if you own a large number of animals with complex illnesses or forsee needing an additional veterinary team member - such as in large avian breeding establishments, kennels, or catteries. The fee is $ 99.00 USD per year and includes unlimited incident reporting and detailed followup. |
